Please join the Camp George crew for an evening of making DIY Mindfulness Glitter Jars! The Mindfulness Glitter Jar is a great tool for calming down and a fun craft project to build! The Calming Glitter Jar is a proven mindfulness tool and it can help to relax both kids and adults of all ages. Join us as we make our own calming glitter jars!
For this activity, we will need:
Small jar (make sure it will hold liquid tightly)
Clear glue
Glitter (any colors you like)
A few drops of food coloring
Hot water
Whisk or a stick
Optional: Duct tape (To secure the lids on the jar so they cannot be opened)
*NOTE: Due to the use of glitter, it may get messy. Please try to be in an area that it is easy to participate!*
